2009 - 2013

STABLE PLAYER ON THE CEE MARKET (STABLE PERFORMANCE IN THE TIME OF GLOBAL RECESSION)

A.S.A.

The opening of the first incineration facility in Zistersdorf (AT), in 2009, was one of the most important milestones in the Group's history. The acquisition of the Schelle company, in Bulgaria, started the ongoing success story in this country. However, there were disappointments too with the closing of activities in Lithuania in 2011, due to the heavy impact of the financial crisis in the Baltic region. During those years our company focused on expanding the service portfolio and offering new services, such as used clothes collection. Stable results were achieved over this period, despite the global economic recession, demonstrating the strength and solid foundation of the Group.
